Marketing Associate

Job Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm, create, and schedule crave-worthy content that brings our brands to life
• Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales
• Manage delivery platform content (e.g., GrabFood) to keep menus fresh, appealing, and up-to-date
• Support influencer partnerships and media relations to amplify our brand reach
• Handle end-to-end brand collaborations from ideation to execution
• Oversee production of store-level marketing materials (flyers, signages, menus, etc.)
• Engage with both online and offline communities to maintain customer excitement and engagement
• Launch, monitor, and analyze digital campaigns to optimize performance
• Maintain and organize a digital asset library (photos, videos, templates)
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions and activations

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field (plus points for creativity)
• 2-3 years of experience in F&B or digital marketing
• You have your own iphone and laptop for content creation
• Excellent copywriting skills that make people stop, smile, an share
• Self-motivated with strong time management and project ownership
• An eye for trends, pop culture, and what’s bussworthy
• Willing to travel to store locations (QC, BGC, Alabang, etc.) for content shoots and marketing support
