Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and applicant coordination
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
- Help organize employee engagement programs and workplace relations initiatives
- Assist in handling employee concerns and coordinating with relevant departments
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee programs
- Maintain and update employee records, recruitment files, and HR documentation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
