Position: Talent Acquisition Assistant / HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities includes:
- Assists in day-to-day Human Resources operations
- Supports recruitment, screening, and onboarding processes
- Maintains and updates employee records and HR databases
- Prepares and organizes HR documents and reports
- Ensures confidentiality and accuracy of HR information
- Preferably with 6 months up to 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience working in the Bank is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong writing and presentation skills
