Virtual Assistant – Personal & Business Operations
I’m looking for a long-term, growth-minded virtual assistant to help streamline my personal life and play a hands-on role in growing my consumer health company. This role is diverse — one week you might be automating my weekly meal planning routine, the next you’ll be researching potential partners, shortlisting developer candidates, posting to blogs, or tracking business metrics.
You’ll get exposure to a wide variety of tools and workflows, and I’ll provide coaching, training, and mentorship along the way. I’m looking for someone hungry, adaptable, and eager to learn — a problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in new situations.
What You’ll Do:•Manage and improve personal routines (meal planning, budgeting, errands)•Support business operations (finance tracking, customer outreach, partner coordination)•Assist in recruiting and onboarding (shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing)•Research, document, and recommend tools, services, and opportunities•Track and report on key metrics
