GA HR Consultancy Inc., the accredited executive search partner, has been engaged to identify a STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER who will drive both brand growth and revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic & Commercial Leadership
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business and revenue targets
  • Drive sustainable growth by aligning brand initiatives with sales performance and market expansion
  • Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing and commercial plans
  1. Sales & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Partner closely with Sales to achieve volume, distribution, and revenue targets
  • Lead go-to-market strategies, including product launches, pricing, and promotional initiatives
  • Support and strengthen trade marketing efforts, ensuring effective channel execution
  • Identify opportunities to expand market share and distribution footprint
  1. Brand & Consumer Strategy
  • Drive brand development and positioning to strengthen market presence
  • Leverage consumer, competitor, and market insights to shape high-impact campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints
  1. Performance & Optimization
  • Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  1. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver high performance and accountability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
  • Influence and align stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within local FMCG or confectionery brands
  • Proven track record in driving both brand growth and sales performance
  • Strong understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial functions
  • Strong mix of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
