Key Responsibilities- Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business and revenue targets
- Drive sustainable growth by aligning brand initiatives with sales performance and market expansion
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing and commercial plans
- Sales & Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner closely with Sales to achieve volume, distribution, and revenue targets
- Lead go-to-market strategies, including product launches, pricing, and promotional initiatives
- Support and strengthen trade marketing efforts, ensuring effective channel execution
- Identify opportunities to expand market share and distribution footprint
- Brand & Consumer Strategy
- Drive brand development and positioning to strengthen market presence
- Leverage consumer, competitor, and market insights to shape high-impact campaigns and initiatives
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Performance & Optimization
- Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver high performance and accountability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
- Influence and align stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within local FMCG or confectionery brands
- Proven track record in driving both brand growth and sales performance
- Strong understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics
- Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial functions
- Strong mix of analytical, strategic, and creative thinking skills
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
