Paramount Properties is seeking a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead the company's sales and marketing functions, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence across all projects and business channels. This executive-level role is responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that support the company's business objectives, increase market share, and enhance customer acquisition and retention.
The Head of Sales and Marketing will provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing teams, oversee sales performance, manage marketing campaigns, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of real estate developments.As a key member of the management team, this role will collaborate closely with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and contribute to the company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, marketing personnel, brokers, and support teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, expanding sales channels, and increasing market penetration.
- Establish and monitor sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and departmental objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, digital marketing efforts, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, financial institutions, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure the successful launch and marketing of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Review sales forecasts, marketing reports, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Project Development, and other departments to support business objectives.
- Recommend improvements to sales processes, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.
- Represent the company in industry events, networking activities, and strategic business engagements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
- Proven experience in the real estate industry, particularly in residential, commercial, or property development sales and marketing.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Extensive experience in sales management, brand management, digital marketing, lead generation, and business development.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, digital marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and highly competitive environment.
- Willing to travel as required for business development and project-related activities.
