Electrical Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, conveyors, and other equipment
• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, circuits, and components
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime
• Assist in machine upgrades, modifications, and new equipment installation
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Electrical Technology or related field

Holder of NC II Certificate (e.g., Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II)

Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience

Experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging industry is an advantage

Knowledge in PLC, motor controls, and industrial automation is a plus

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Skills & Competencies:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems

Familiar with industrial safety practices

Good teamwork and communication skills

Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
