Production maintenance supervisor
- Monthly/weekly production and manpower planning
- Ensures maintenance, calibration, validation for machine auxiliary equipment are met based on plan while achieving required sterilization plan
- Sets and ensure implementation of SOPs in line based on ISO 13465 to maintain quality and process control
- Equipment Maintenance: supervise routine maintenance and repairs of production machinery to minimize downtime and enhance performance.
- Maintains, implements and monitors and continually develop production management system to improve manufacturing profitability by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls
- Sets and implements process Flow Structure and chart for compliance of process capacity and ability records
7 Responsible for management of staff’s discipline, performance, attendance and training.
What we're looking for
Degree in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering/Industrial/Environment Engineering for water system
Preferably Licensed Minimum 5 years of experience as Production Engineer.
Knowledge of machinery, systems, and processes used in manufacturing.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve production reliability and efficiency.
Skills in planning and executing maintenance projects effectively.
Plan and schedule maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, LOTO procedures with strong coordination with production, quality and ESH
Can supervisor engineer's and technician.
