We are looking for awesome new people to join our Business Development Team at iOPEX Technologies! If you are driven, strategic, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you.

We are currently hiring for two key roles: Business Development Manager (BDM) and Business Development Representative (BDR).
  1. Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an Individual Contributor focused on new logo sales with a hunter mentality, leveraging corporate B2B sales experience with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from open to close for high-growth customer care and back-office outsourcing opportunities.
  • Identify fast-growing, innovative brands looking to scale and lead impactful RFP responses, proposals, and value presentations.
  • Consult with prospective executives to align strategic business objectives, tracking market and economic trends to maximize revenue.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, and Account Management to build custom pursuit strategies utilizing strong negotiation and closing skills.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or Executive, preferably within the BPO/outsourcing industry.
  • Proven ability to champion significant corporate projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity.
  • Exceptional executive presence and a track record of closing Fortune 500 deals.
  1. Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and market research while building and regularly updating a prospective client database.
  • Support the full sales cycle by preparing business proposals, tenders, presentations, and coordinating high-level meetings between potential clients and senior management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to effectively pitch to prospects and develop strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to conduct competitive analyses that support sales strategies and business roadmaps.
  • Build strong business relationships by attending client meetings, conferences, and networking events while maintaining high customer satisfaction and following company engagement guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Proven skills in lead generation, cold prospecting, presentation preparation, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reaching out to potential clients.
