The Warehouse Processing Staff – Receiving is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming items to ensure accurate inventory records, proper documentation, and organized warehouse storage.

Qualifications/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Process orders for deliveries with care according to schedule;
• Receive and process warehouse stock products; prepare picklist
• Perform inventory controls;
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization;
• Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancy;
• Executes timely, precise and complete processing and dispatching of all orders.
• Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse processing guidelines
• Monitors and documents the Inventory Transfer Request in the system.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities, able to collaborate effectively with all management levels
• Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Computer literate; Familiarity with inventory
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely
• Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
• Willing to be assigned in warehouse at Hernan Cortes, Mandaue
