Is currently looking for:

WAREHOUSE CLERK

Job Description:

• Thoroughly checks the quality and quantity of the delivery against to the raised Requisition Slip;
• Monitors all delivered, received, and withdrawn items from the warehouse;
• Utilizes the SAP for proper monitoring and as a guide on how many available items atpresent which will be the basis for him/her when to request if such items are fast moving consumables or materials.
• Constant monitoring on all the products inside the warehouse re; availability on min-max inventory of the products.
• Received & inspected all purchased items checking all actual technical specifications, dimensions and actual quantity of the products including the products MSDS, user’s manual, and class certificates.
• Informed End User of the arrival of the products and advised for withdrawal from warehouse.
• Checked/verified and recorded/encoded to SAP delivered products/items and get conformation/validity of the specifications/technical information from the requestor upon receiving the said products/items.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree of related fields
• At least 2 years work experience in the same field
• Tertiary qualification in a technical field with substantial experience in the marine industry.
• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
