Design Manager - Multidisciplinary

Role Purpose:Lead and grow multi‑disciplinary design and technical teams delivering complex Advanced Process Manufacturing (APM) projects across the full lifecycle.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide overall design leadership and governance across large, multi‑disciplinary projects or portfolios.
- Ensure design delivery meets quality, safety, cost, programme, and client expectations.
- Lead, review, and approve technical deliverables, ensuring compliance with Arcadis standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Directors on delivery strategy, risk, and commercial matters.
- Manage resources effectively, including workforce planning, recruitment, and capability development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, performance, and profitability.
- Support business development activities, including winning work and strengthening client and industry relationships.
- Champion Arcadis Health & Safety, sustainability, ethical standards, and behavioural framework across teams and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with 10+ years’ experience delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects; APM sector experience and Revit/Navisworks capability are advantageous.
