Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog items.
• Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows and automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience with ITSM modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
