ETL Developer (Junior/Mid)

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes that support data integration, transformation, and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) using Microsoft Visual Studio, with a solid understanding of database development and data warehousing concepts.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot complex MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple data sources into target systems.
• Monitor ETL processes, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across databases and applications.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, and development teams to gather and understand data requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.
• Prepare technical documentation for ETL processes and database objects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar data integration role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with advanced querying skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (SSIS) for ETL development.
• Experience creating and maintaining ETL packages and workflows.
• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data environments.
• Knowledge of version control systems and software development best practices.

• MS SQL Server – Strong querying and database development skills.
• Microsoft Visual Studio (SSIS) – ETL package creation and maintenance.
• Understanding of ETL methodologies, data mapping, and data validation processes.
