Job Summary

The Senior Business Transformation Specialist is responsible for executing Lean-driven transformation initiatives and delivering measurable process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality and reliability.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence and service delivery outcomes by contributing to the continuous improvement pipeline and enabling sustainable business transformation.

What you’ll do
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives aligned to the transformation pipeline, tracking actions and reporting progress and results
  • Support Kaizen events, workshops and rapid improvement activities through analysis, facilitation support and documentation
  • Apply Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies to identify waste, improve process flow and enhance process capability
  • Conduct process assessments, time studies and value stream mapping to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Perform data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making for transformation initiatives
  • Develop and maintain standard work, process documentation and process maps to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Support implementation of redesigned workflows and digital or automation solutions in collaboration with transformation leads and solution architects
  • Monitor key performance indicators and track benefits, contributing to dashboards and performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data and analytics, automation and training to ensure improvements are data-driven and sustainable
  • Promote a continuous improvement mindset by sharing best practices, insights and lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy standards and operational excellence frameworks

What you’ll bring

Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence required
  • Experience working in shared services, global capability centers or multinational organizations required
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes using Lean or process improvement methodologies required
  • Knowledge of data analysis, reporting and performance metrics required
  • Exposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – International Association for Six Sigma Certification or equivalent required
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – International Association for Six Sigma Certification or equivalent required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute preferred
