Job Summary
The Accounting Specialist – Receivables is responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, accurate recording of receivable transactions, and maintenance of customer account records. The role supports the company's cash flow management by ensuring that all receivables are properly monitored, reconciled, and collected in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or any related course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or General Accounting is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
- Record and reconcile accounts receivable transactions accurately
- Prepare aging reports and monitor overdue accounts
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing, payments, and account concerns
- Verify and process sales invoices, collection receipts, and related documents
- Prepare reports related to receivables and collection performance
- Assist in month end account reconciliation and closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
