Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in fashion retail, provides excellent customer service, and can efficiently handle cashiering and store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Recommend products and provide styling suggestions to maximize sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and balance the cash drawer.
- Replenish stocks and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner.
- Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets.
- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Associate and Cashier in a clothing, fashion, or retail store.
- Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
- Sales-driven with a positive and professional attitude.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to be assigned at Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong.
