Qualifications:
- Male or Female a Graduate of Architecture, Drafting Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus).
- With experience in preparation of construction drawings and detailed plans.
- Knowledgeable in operating plotter or blueprinting machines.
- Experienced in printing plans, scaling, and preparing drawing sets for submission.
- Familiar with documentation, filing, and transmittal of drawings.
- Understanding of basic construction standards and practices in the Philippines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise drawings.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to do fieldwork and assist during site inspections.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
