Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information & communication technology or a related discipline
- Many years in SAP environment for min one relevant SAP module SAP FI (m/f/diverse) and in multinational environment
- Experience in HR IT focused on SAP, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP
- Business Process Know-How (Preferred: Experience in the operational business had already as LKU, CKU,...)
- Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams
MUST/NICE TO HAVE:
- With SAP HCM & Payroll modules experience
- Required modules for SuccessFactors - LMS or EC.
- Preferably w/ ABAP & Fiori background

⦁ No solid experience in any of the following: SAP HCM/HRIS, SuccessFactors LMS or EC
⦁ Current/previous salary is significantly higher than the offer budget (even if negotiable)
⦁ Experience is mainly in business process/operations/end-user roles rather than technical/back-end IT work
⦁ with reservations on mid/late-shift schedules & holiday works
