Job Description:
- Checking of actual document vs. delivery report
- Prepares allowance requisition for delivery
- Check liquidation of the drivers and turnover it to treasury
- Encode all DR(s) out for delivery and returned from delivery in the monitoring template
- Assumes work of delivery planners if delivery planners will take leave
- Prepares delivery report and Route monitoring
- Coordinate or ask salesforce in Val the availability of promodisers on delivery schedule to ensure that all items for dispatch can be delivered
- Performs other task assigned by the operations from time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate College of any course
- with related experience is a plus
- willing to learn
- willing to OT
- computer literate
