About the role

As a Financial Account - Customer Service at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions', you will be part of a dynamic team providing comprehensive customer support to clients. This full-time role is based in Mactan Lapu-Lapu City Cebu, and will see you working closely with the wider customer service team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  2. Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Resolving customer issues in a timely manner and escalating complex cases as needed
  4. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices
What we're looking for
  1. At least 6mos. BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to navigate customer service software
  5. A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
