Yngen Datacom Corp is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help our hotel and business partners get the most out of our solutions.

Role Overview

Serve as the initial link between our platform and clients, communicating through email, live chat, and virtual meetings. Guide organizations through each stage of their launch process, ensuring they adopt the system smoothly and confidently.

Key Duties
  • Function as the primary liaison for all incoming inquiries via digital channels.
  • Lead new-account activation for business clients, walking them through configuration and usage step by step.
  • Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous replies to all questions, ensuring a consistently positive interaction.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Client Success groups to troubleshoot concerns and relay valuable insights.
  • Record every client exchange and maintain thorough logs in Zendesk.
  • Keep pace with product enhancements, SaaS-market developments, and current best practices to share reliable guidance.
  • Design and refine do-it-yourself materials—guides, tutorials, and help-desk content—to empower users.
  • Foster long-term confidence by providing dependable, top-quality service that strengthens loyalty.
Candidate Profile
  • Mastery of the English language with strong written and spoken communication.
  • One to two years of prior customer-facing experience (background with SaaS or mixed B2B/B2C operations preferred).
  • Analytical thinker who can break down complex topics into clear, digestible explanations.
  • Familiarity with CRM or support platforms like Zendesk; knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Remote-work capable with the following minimum setup:
  • Processor: i3 or better
  • RAM: 8GB+
  • Storage: SSD 256GB or HDD 512GB
  • Internet: 200 Mbps or greater (or willingness to upgrade upon hiring)
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and energized by a dynamic workload.
