As an Executive Partner, you'll act as a thought and execution partner to founders -- managing priorities, creating order, and driving clarity across teams.
This is not a typical admin VA role. You'll work closely with business leaders, run operations, and build reliable systems that help companies scale faster.- What You'll Do
- Manage information flow across Slack, Notion, and Email
- Keep projects and deadlines moving smoothly
- Build simple, reliable systems in Notion or Google Sheets
- Run clear weekly updates, briefs, and follow-ups
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to automate repetitive work
- Anticipate founder needs and create focus for high-impact work
- What We're Looking For
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Organized and systems-oriented -- builds dashboards and SOPs
- High ownership and strong judgment under ambiguity
- Curious about AI and automation tools
- Background in e-commerce, creative, or agency environments (nice to have)
