Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, successful candidates will be involved in the following:
Human Resources Administration
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Employee Relations
Payroll & Compensation (Primarily for HR Payroll Officer)
Compliance & Labor Relations
Leadership & Supervision (Primarily for HR Supervisor)
Qualifications
For HR Supervisor- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant HR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of payroll processing experience.
- Familiarity with payroll systems, timekeeping, government remittances, and statutory compliance.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
