• As a Human Resources Intern, you'll become an active member of the HR team, supporting day-to-day people operations that keep the business running smoothly. • Update and maintain employee records in Zoho People.
• Assist with HR administration and generalist support tasks.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and HR projects.
• Maintain organized HR documentation and records.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Passion for building a career in Human Resources
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience using Zoho People or another HR Information System (HRIS)
