Buyer (Frozen)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Senior Buyer and Division Head in executing purchasing strategies and maintaining strong supplier relationships. You will be responsible for managing merchandise setup, coordinating orders and deliveries, and ensuring operational efficiency—particularly in the fuel business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and encode merchandise SKUs in the system, including item descriptions, vendor codes, product classification, cost, and other relevant data.
• Support senior buyers in various buying activities and negotiations.
• Coordinate order placement and ensure timely delivery of items from suppliers.
• Manage procurement and operations related to the fuel business.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role within the retail industry.
• At least 5 years of total work experience, preferably at a managerial or supervisory level.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
