As a Digital Media Buyer, you’ll be instrumental in driving business growth by launching and scaling high-performing paid media campaigns that directly contribute to revenue and customer acquisition. Your ability to analyze performance, collaborate with creative and affiliate teams, and optimize campaigns will ensure strong ROAS and measurable results.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and optimize advertising across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for purchasing media, executing data-driven campaigns, testing creatives, and maximizing results through efficient spend and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Buying Planning and Strategy: Partner with senior stakeholders to shape media buying strategies, including bidding methods (e.g., bid cap vs. cost cap) and budget allocation. Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook with a focus on ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Campaign Execution: Own the media buying process end-to-end, including targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad scheduling. Coordinate campaign launches, ensuring ads are placed correctly and run as scheduled and conduct A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, and audiences to identify top performers.
- Negotiation and Purchasing: Negotiate with media vendors to secure advertising space or time at optimal rates, ensuring cost-effective placements.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track campaign performance using metrics such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions. Produce weekly reports and share insights and learnings with the team.
- Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to ensure spending aligns with campaign goals and delivers a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Market Research: Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and algorithm updates within Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Proven track record of scaling DTC (direct-to-consumer) eCommerce brands with a focus on conversions and ROAS.
- Deep understanding of pixel tracking, attribution, and funnel performance.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- A passion for experimentation, performance marketing, and optimizing campaigns to the penny.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in gaming, lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience managing ad spend above $10K/month.

Philippine Time (PHT):
