Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their customer service needs are met and facilitating communication between clients and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving customer service issues in a supply chain logistics domain.
  • Processing Customer Service Transactions such as but not limited to:
  • Accurately invoice and verify accounts to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Confirm inbound receipts with precision to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate product availability and daily shift schedules in collaboration with the warehouse team.
  • Act as the first point of contact to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain comprehensive and well-organized documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on logistics performance and operational efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
  • Documentation: Document accurately each interaction in a structured manner, capture all pertinent details of each transaction.
  • Performs proactive outbound follow-up communications, as necessary

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate with relevant experience in logistics, order to cash, invoicing and accounts receivable.
  • Or College graduate in the field of accountancy, accounting technology, financial management, or any relevant experience in the same field.
  • Must have at least 12 months of back-office experience handling ????????? ???????? ?? ???? ?????? ????????.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with logistics management software is preferred.
  • Knowledge of temperature-controlled transportation protocols and food industry regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent written/typing skills
