About the role
RFB CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION' is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential accounting support to our growing organization.
What you'll be doing- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries
- Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting clerk or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
