The Reservations and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing customer inquiries, reservations, and online communications to ensure excellent guest service and maximize booking opportunities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests through social media platforms, telephone calls, and messaging channels while also supporting basic marketing and documentation activities for the restaurant's events and promotions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Reservations & Guest Relations
  • Manage and respond promptly to inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Viber, email, and other communication channels.
  • Handle restaurant hotline calls and assist guests with reservation requests, event inquiries, and general information.
  • Process, confirm, modify, and monitor reservations accurately.
  • Maintain and update the restaurant's reservation calendar and booking records.
  • Coordinate reservation details, special requests, and event requirements with the Operations Team.
  • Ensure all guest information and booking details are properly documented and communicated.
  • Maintain a database of VIP guests, regular patrons, corporate clients, and repeat customers.
Social Media & Online Communication
  • Respond to inquiries regarding menus, promotions, packages, events, private dining, and banquet functions.
  • Provide timely and professional customer service through social media platforms.
  • Monitor online messages and comments and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive online presence and guest engagement.
Marketing & Documentation Support
  • Documentation of restaurant events, functions, and special occasions for marketing and documentation purposes.
  • Organize and archive event documentation and media files.
  • Assist in gathering content for social media posting and promotional campaigns.
  • Support marketing initiatives and special events as required.
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain and update Google Calendar reservations and event schedules.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reservation summaries for management.
  • Ensure accurate filing and recordkeeping of guest and event information.
  • Perform other administrative and guest service duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, restaurant operations, or social media management is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and during restaurant peak hours when required.
