Job Summary
The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise in land measurement, mapping, and geospatial data analysis to support the company's farm expansion, property development, and infrastructure projects. The role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate land information, project planning, and regulatory compliance for all engineering and development initiatives.
Qualifications- Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering
- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- With at least 2 years of experience in land development, engineering, or surveying projects
- Knowledgeable in geospatial mapping, cadastral surveys, and land documentation
- Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS applications, and surveying software
- Skilled in the operation of Total Station, GPS, Drone Surveying, and related equipment
- Strong technical, analytical, and project coordination skills
- Willing to travel and conduct field assignments as required
- Lead geodetic and mapping activities for company expansion and development projects
- Analyze survey data and prepare technical recommendations for project planning
- Prepare, review, sign, and seal survey plans, technical descriptions, and engineering documents
- Coordinate land acquisition, titling, subdivision, and boundary verification activities
- Provide accurate geospatial data to support construction, infrastructure, and farm development projects
- Liaise with government agencies regarding land surveys, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project survey timelines and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Maintain and manage geospatial records, maps, and property documentation
