The role of CNC Machinist/Programmer is to prepare, program, operate and monitor CNC machines which are used in producing precision parts. He ensures that the machines are operating correctly and that metal parts are cut according to specifications and within acceptable tolerances based on drawings.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications Needed:- Candidates must at least possess a vocational course related to CNC machining
- Work experience as CNC Machinist/Programmer for at least 6 months is preferred
- Skilled in operating CNC Milling and CNC Lathe Machines
- Knowledge in CNC programming is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MasterCAM is an advantage
- Able to read and interpret mechanical and technical drawings
- Knowledge in the use of measuring instruments such as caliper, micrometer, etc.
- Knows how to sharpen cutting tools
- Must be sociable, including the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues
- Fast learner, patient and hardworking
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours
- Can start work immediately.
- Applicants living in (or near) Parañaque City will be preferred
