MARKETING SPECIALIST (Bacolod Branch)

Plans out, coordinates and executes marketing related activities to ensure delivery of production and membership targets assigned to the marketing while maintaining the highest standard of customer service and observance of control standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Represents branch office before major units of AFP and PNP within defined area of responsibility as may be directed by Branch Officers;
• Prepares localized marketing plan for the branch office;
• Assigns loan quota for non-organic sales agents against set targets;
• Provides feedback to branch head regarding observed market developments, competitors performance and upcoming policy issuances of AFP and PNP camps within the BOs area of responsibility;
• Prepares schedule of information / marketing drives for the month for approval authorities;
• Coordinates for the conduct of information drives of marketing team / FRs / non organic sales agents with target destinations;
• Ensures that all necessary marketing collaterals needed by the team are ready prior to dispatch every marketing / information drive conducted;
• Acts as alternative signatory for cheques;
