Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Their clients range from major corporations to government agencies, and their projects span everything from reactive maintenance and insurance repairs to large-scale facility upgrades.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our brand positioning, lead generation, and content strategy across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, driving engagement, and supporting the sales and business development team through targeted communication and creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Create and manage content for digital platforms including website, social media, email newsletters, and paid advertising
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, compelling marketing messages
- Support tender submissions and capability statements with branding and layout support
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences
- Ensure consistent use of branding and tone of voice across all materials
- Manage website updates and improve SEO performance with targeted content
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Work closely with Business Development Managers to align marketing activity with sales goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in professional services, engineering, or sustainability sectors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Total Synergy)
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
