We're looking for a sharp, warm, and fluent Japanese-speaking professional to be the voice of our brand — someone who understands nuance, takes ownership, and makes every client interaction feel effortless. If you're JLPT-certified and ready to grow with a fast-moving team, we want to meet you.

Language requirement: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred). Applicants must be able to write, speak, and respond naturally in Japanese. A self-introduction in Japanese is required with your application.

• Handle inbound and outbound client communications in Japanese
• Respond to inquiries about tours, bookings, and travel arrangements
• Provide accurate, polished, and culturally appropriate support
• Coordinate with operations and tour teams on client requests
• Maintain client records and log interactions systematically
• Work flexibly including weekends and shifting schedules

• Filipino national with any Bachelor's degree
• JLPT N2 or above (N1 strongly preferred)
• Polite, accurate, and natural in written and spoken Japanese
• Patient, professional, and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with shifting schedules and weekend work
• Travel or hospitality background is a big plus
