URGENTLY NEEDED - JAPANESE SPEAKING TEAM LEAD - BRIDGE ENGINEER
WIND’S GATE PHILS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INC. is urgently seeking a Japanese-speaking Team Lead to join our dynamic team. Based in Cebu, Philippines, we offer high-quality software development services and are looking for a bridge engineer to lead web development projects with the latest technologies for our Japanese clients.
Salary Range: 100,000 to 200,000 PHP
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge engineer for projects with Japanese clients
- Lead the team in project management and member guidance
- Perform web development using cutting-edge technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Technologies Used:
- Frontend: Next.js/TypeScript (GraphQL)
- BFF: Nest.js/TypeScript (GraphQL/gRPC)
- Backend: Spring Boot/Kotlin (gRPC)
- Additional Backend: PHP Laravel
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to read and write Japanese (business level or higher).
- Applicants WITHOUT Japanese language skills need not apply
- MUST have knowledge and expertise in web development technologies and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree holder in any course, preferably in Computer Science or IT-related fields
- Understanding of Japanese culture
- Proven leadership skills to steer the team towards a common goal
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Flexible and hands-on with job responsibilities
