The Refrigeration & Airconditioning Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining air-conditioning and ventilation systems to ensure efficient and continuous operation of cooling equipment within the facility.
Qualifications/Requirements- Graduate of RAC Servicing, HVAC, Electrical Technology, or related technical/vocational course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- With TESDA NC II in RAC Servicing is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air-conditioning systems
- Familiar with the use of maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand basic technical diagrams and manuals
- Physically fit and willing to conduct fieldwork
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, or emergency repairs if necessary
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Good communication and teamwork skills
