Job Summary
We are looking for reliable Property Technician with strong experience in air conditioning systems and general maintenance works. The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation and maintenance of resort facilities, equipment, and utilities.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and willing to handle all-around maintenance tasks within the resort property.
Key Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units
- Conduct routine inspection of resort facilities and equipment
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and minor civil works as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
- Ensure proper upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding repair schedules and operational concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within work areas
- Vocational graduate or TESDA certified in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Electrical, or related field
- Proven experience as an Aircon Technician or Property Maintenance Technician
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of AC systems
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance works
- Hardworking, flexible, and willing to do multi-skilled tasks
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to stay in-house and be assigned in Argao
