UI/UX Designer (Fixed-Term)

JOB SUMMARY

The UI/UX Designer enhances the user experience and visual interface of the company's websites. The role combines user-centered design expertise with strong front-end development skills to build intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing digital platforms aligned with the company's goal.

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behaviors
• Create wireframes and design visual elements, interactive components to visualize concepts and appealing interface across all devices
• Create and present documentation, website flow, sitemap, and interactive prototypes
• Implement quality assurance by reviewing final builds, testing usability, and checking accessibility to ensure designs are accurately implemented and user flows are intuitive
• Collaborate with developers and teams to translate user requirements and business goals into functional and user-friendly products
• Create user interfaces for company websites by using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks to transform design mockups
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in multimedia arts; applies this knowledge to better conceptualize and bring fresh new ideas
• Ensure responsiveness and compatibility by applying responsive design principles to deliver a consistent look and functionality
• Confidently can handle and manage a project independently
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned to support overall team and organizational objectives

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising and/or Information Technology
• Proficient in Adobe and Website Design Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma and/or XD; can employ design fundamentals when selecting typography, composition, layout, and color in design work
• Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong
• Must be willing to work under 6 months Fixed-Term Contract (Project-Based)
