YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. This is a full-time position based at our IT Park location, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals new to the customer service industry or those looking to transition into a call centre environment.As a Pioneer Account representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer support, building strong client relationships, and representing our company's commitment to service excellence. This role is specifically designed to welcome newcomers to the industry, providing comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success.
Key responsibilities- Handle incoming customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat platforms with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products and services, resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document all customer interactions in the company's database, maintaining detailed and accurate records
- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure consistent service quality across all customer touchpoints
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling times and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in training programmes and continuous learning initiatives to develop product knowledge and customer service skills
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment
- Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear and professional language
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to understand and address customer concerns effectively
- Patience and empathy when interacting with diverse customer bases
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with basic software applications
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and products
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team structure and take direction from supervisors
- Customer service experience or relevant background is advantageous but not required for pioneer positions
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including possible evening or weekend shifts as required
