Are you a natural closer who knows how to turn foot traffic into loyal customers? We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who brings energy, professionalism, and a strong sales mindset to the floor. What You’ll Do- Engage walk-in customers with confidence and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build repeat business through excellent customer relationships
- College level or graduate (a business-related course is an advantage)
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Applicants with prior experience in SM Department Store are highly preferred
- You don’t wait for customers—you approach them
- You know how to upsell without being pushy
- You take ownership of your numbers
