Role: Senior Residential Trust Accounts Officer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial trust accounts in line with Australian real estate compliance standards
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly trust reconciliations
  • Handle and resolve account queries from internal stakeholders and clients
  • Prepare and process owner payments accurately and on time
  • Generate and prepare ABA/BPay files for banking transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of all trust transactions and ensure audit readiness
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state-based trust accounting regulations
  • Collaborate with the property management team to support operational efficiency

Qualification and requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in trust accounting within real estate
  • Strong understanding of Australian trust accounting processes and compliance
  • Proven hands-on experience in:
Trust account reconciliations
Owner disbursements/payments
Banking file preparation (ABA/BPay)
  • Experience using Cirrus8 or similar property management/accounting systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder coordination
  • Experience handling multiple entities or property portfolios

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Direct experience in Australian Trust Accounting
  • Proven experience in end-to-end trust account management (not just AP/AR)
  • Hands-on experience with trust reconciliations and owner payments
  • Experience preparing ABA/BPay files
  • Ability to work autonomously (senior-level, minimal supervision required)
  • Strong understanding of compliance and audit requirements for trust accounts
