• Oversee day-to-day operations across all company divisions.
• Manage and guide the company toward the achievement of strategic objectives.
• Provide advisory support on executive-level employment and organizational development.
• Lead or advise on strategic corporate initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business expansions.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across all units to strengthen organizational synergy.
• Collaborate with the Board and senior management in establishing policies, goals, and long-term plans.
• Prepare and present reports on operations, performance, and financial health to the Board and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the company’s financial structure and recommend strategies to ensure adequate funding and financial sustainability.
• Analyze operational results and initiate corrective actions to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices.
• Represent the company in dealings with government agencies, partners, stakeholders, and the public.
• Perform other duties aligned with the mission and objectives of the company.

• Must have at least 20 years of progressive experience in senior management, corporate strategy, or consultancy roles.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and corporate decision-making.
• Strong background in business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Fluency in one or more APAC language(s) is required to support regional collaboration and market engagements.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly adaptable, results-driven, and committed to organizational integrity and growth.
