The main responsibilities of a PROCESSING ASSOCIATE include:

  • Handle financial transactions such as making appraisal or insurance payments in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and track the completion of tasks, providing regular status updates to the Processing Manager to ensure all processes are on track.
  • Assist in the organization and storage of important documentation within internal systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify and flag any incomplete or incorrect submissions, initiating correction processes to maintain the integrity of operations.
