Role: Purchasing AssistantWork Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage PO Inboxes (2 inboxes)
- Raising Pos to suppliers as directed by Operation teams
- Receipting Pos as goods / services are received
- Change Pos
- Seek PO Approvals
- Update POs to match Supplier Invoice
- Attach all approval documents to PO
- Liase closely with AP Officer
- Follow up older POs for closing
- Every second fortnight total payroll hours compilation
- Set Up New Employees in MYOB
- Simpro / IFS / MYOB
Qualification and requirements:
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- An experience using Simpro tool - Project Management tool is a plus
- MS Project knowledge and experience
- Qualifications is a plus but not required
- BS/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
