Sales Representative – Modern Trade Accounts

We are a fast-growing distribution company with a passion for quality and innovation in the houseware industry. With our own homegrown brand, we supply to retail giants nationwide — and we're looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to strengthen our presence in modern trade and GenTrade channels, including Gaisano Group and similar accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales negotiations and promotional planning with buyers or merchandising teams of assigned modern trade accounts
• Secure and implement trade agreements, marketing activities, and sell-in deals

• Drive and manage the overall sales performance of assigned accounts
• Monitor sales targets, forecast demand, and coordinate stock replenishment
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, merchandising) to ensure order fulfillment and timely execution

• Manage, train, and support Sales Associates / Sales Coordinators assigned to store locations
• Monitor and enforce planogram implementation, merchandising compliance, and promotional execution in-store
• Conduct regular store visits and market checks to ensure visibility and competitiveness
