- Manage and coordinate all operational activities, including production, inventory management, transportation, and facility maintenance
- Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with overall business objectives
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process optimization
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the operations team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations management role within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and the use of performance management tools to drive operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
- Willing to travel to different business unit
