OFFICE STAFF- VISA
Job description:
- Assist in visa applications and processing
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Manage and organize office supplies and inventory
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle DOLE and Immigration-related processes and documentation
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and other MS Office.
- Experience in DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and immigration processes is a plus but without experience are encouraged to apply.
- Flexible and has the ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be trained and have ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Good in communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in the field- processing in Government Agencies.
Full-Time position(s) available.
