Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, or any related course
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment for large construction projects (e.g., hiring multiple site workers, laborers, and engineers).
  • Minimum 3 year work experience in end to end recruitment
  • Experience in background checks, medical screenings, and credential verification is a must
  • Knowledge in other facet of HR is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding;
  • Understanding of labor market trends, particularly in the construction industry;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements;
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Knowledge of employment laws, construction site labor laws, and compliance regulations;
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using on-line job websites, social media, PESO;
  • Posting of job ads, facilitate recruitment marketing;
  • Ability to source candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies, and trade networks.
  • Ability to craft effective job descriptions and manage job advertisements on various platforms;
  • Review resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;
  • Monitor scheduling of applicants for interview/trade test/orientation;
  • Ensure that the activity is coordinated with the appropriate department and individuals;
  • Assist in negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process;
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and the recruitment process;
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
  • Endorse candidates to the HR Manager or other Department Head if needed;
  • Accomplish HR Reports such as but not limited to Recruitment Metrics, Daily Recruitment Report and/or Recruitment Summary Report;
  • Monitoring of manpower requirements and ensuring they are served on time;
  • Conduct Written Assessment and its result summary;
  • Conduct background check thoroughly;
  • Experience in background checks, medical screenings, and credential verification;
  • Monitoring of pre-employment requirements, promissory letter. Ensures its completeness and report to HR Manager any non-compliance;
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems;
  • Ensures that knowledge is up to date on the latest recruiter tools and suggests improvements to enhance the organization’s capacity to attract talent across the company;
  • Ensure implementation, evaluation and improvement of QMS related to your function is being regularly monitored;
  • Other duties and responsibilities may be instructed or assigned from time to time.
