Quanta Philippines ROHQ is the regional operating headquarters of Quanta Services, Inc. located in Manila, Philippines. The ROHQ supports Quanta’s international expansion by sourcing and developing highly qualified workforce for Quanta companies in the US, Australia and worldwide.It also aims to be the Regional Training Facility in Asia providing Quanta standard safety and basic skills training to employees prior to assignment to work sites. We are looking for someone to join our growing internal recruitment team and help us shape the future of tech talent at Quanta Philipinnes! We're on the lookout for an experienced IT Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, and knows how to identify top-tier tech talent across a range of IT roles.
The Internal Recruiter will report to the People and Culture Manager and is responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and retaining suitable and top talent with a focus on IT.
Due to the nature of the work and reporting structure, including end to end recruitment, ensuring a positive culture and strengthening staff moral, this role is onsite at our Quezon City location.
What you'll do:
- Own end to end recruitment for IT roles in the business
- Partner closely with the hiring manager to understand team needs and hiring priorities
- Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and outreach
- Manage candidate experience with care and professionalism from first contact to offer
- Support the development of recruitment processes as part of a collaborative internal team.

- Strong understanding of technical skills, job functions, and industry trends
